How Long Does it Take to Get a Namibian Passport?
In general, the processing time is 1-3 months. However, the speed at which your papers will be processed depends greatly on your ability to furnish the Embassy with all the proper documents.

Requirements For a New Namibian Passport.
1. Duly filled-in application form.
2. Two identical colour passport-size photos, signed by the Applicant on the back.
3. A good quality photocopy of the personal page of your current passport
4. A good quality photocopy of your Namibian Birth Certificate.
5. A good quality photocopy of both sides of your Namibian Identity Document (ID).
6. A good quality photocopy of your Namibian Citizenship Certificate (if an applicant was born outside Namibia).
7. A good quality photocopy of your Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
8. Proof of payment receipt/print out of receipt (online payment).
9. A copy of Divorce certificate when changing to maiden name.
How Much is a Namibian Passport?
The e-passport cost N$160 for the time being, until government gazettes the new fee of N$200, which was approved by Cabinet last year.
