The average cost of replacing a driving license in Namibia

It’s roughly N$60 if you apply for a duplicate while still in Namibia. If you apply from outside of Namibia, you’ll be charged an additional N$120. However, depending on your residence status and whether your old license can be found, there are ways to get your application fee waived. There may also be a small service fee added on top of these fees if you choose to go through an agent.
