Tips on Finding a Job at IUM Vacancies

We have compiled the following to help you in a successful job application at IUM. It should be observed that the qualities we’ve outlined don’t guarantee a successful application, however, your chances with IUM Vacancies are greatly increased.

The first thing your employer at IUM will look out for in your Curriculum Vitae or CV is your RELIABILITY with any given task. Have a track record of reliability. It cannot be emphasized enough how important it is to arrive on time for Job interviews, secondly, take responsibility and complete tasks before the deadline.

The second thing your employer at IUM will look out for is to exhibit a strong sense of PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY. Your chances at securing an opportunity with IUM Vacancies also come down to TEAMWORK. Regardless of how skilled or talented you are, without the ability to work with others, you won’t be able to achieve much. On your CV, outline a pattern of how you worked with others in achieving a common goal. This is vital!

You will be working with people, and as it goes – to Err is human, to forgive is divine. You must be able to RESOLVE CONFLICTS. IUM will appreciate the employee who calms down heated environments and works towards peace always. Be that person.

The fifth quality to put you over your competition is COMMUNICATION SKILLS. What’s the essence of knowing so much if you can’t share it? Convince your employers that you are articulate and easy to understand. Do away with complex words and expressions in your interviews and CV. Be bold and simple to your approach.
