HOW IS AZUL MADE?
Azul is made from a slow cooked Weber Blue Agave in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavour, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation.
WHO OWNS AZUL DRINK?
The Azul company was founded by Arturo Lomeli in 1997 in his hometown Guadalajara, Mexico. He wanted to create a brand that expressed Mexican culture and is a fine spirit.
